Another Cracker from Meigby Neil MacRitchie - 13:57 on 11 June 2008 Loch Meig continues to produce some cracking large brown trout despite water levels being very low. I was fishing Loch Meig last Sunday, 8th June with this character, Neale Drummond, dental surgeon from Rosemarkie. The camera was on hand to capture this fish fresh from the water, a cracking 8lb 2oz beauty, caught just off the wall below the boat moorings.
